About the Firm
We are a full-service law firm located in North County San Diego, with a strong focus on plaintiff-side personal injury and employment law. Our practice also includes representation of real estate and business clients, offering exposure to a broad range of civil litigation matters.
We are seeking a Paralegal to support the firm's highest-producing associate, primarily on personal injury matters. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive paralegal who is comfortable handling both pre-litigation and litigation support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake and pre-intake evaluations for new matters
- Manage, organize, and maintain case files and documents
- Communicate with insurance carriers, clients, and medical providers
- Gather and organize medical records and supporting documentation
- Draft initial demand letters and assist with case preparation
- Provide ongoing litigation and pre-litigation support as cases progress
Qualifications
- Mid- to senior-level paralegal experience preferred
- Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting both pre-litigation and litigation matters
- Trainable candidates will be considered (Temp-to-Hire option available)
- Bilingual candidates a strong plus (Spanish and/or Vietnamese)
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable supporting a high-volume practice
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $80,000-$100,000 Salary
(commensurate with experience) - Benefits: 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage
- Schedule: Full-time
- Work Environment: Primarily onsite to support the team, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate
